Make a Homework Station

Homework can be such a chore! So let’s make this time of day more fun and inspiring by creating a homework station.

First of all, find a handy caddy to store all the crafty essentials, like pens, a ruler, scissors, glue, crayons, tapes etc. You can use one with a handle like this, or fashion one with a box or plastic container. Use jars and containers to organise the different stationery in the caddy.

Now you can personalise the caddy with labels and little signs. For example, add a label to the handle with Scotch® Double Sided Tape, so that everyone knows which lucky kid it belongs to!

Another great way to add labels to the caddy is with Scotch® Super-Hold Tape - see here where I added the larger ‘Let’s Do This’ sign.

It’s also easy to label the jars with pieces of Scotch® Magic Tape, which you can write directly on to.

Next up, choose a practical spot for the homework station, and add art to the walls with Scotch® Wall Safe Tape. Your homework station is now ready to be used, and your child will hopefully feel much more motivated to tackle their tasks for the day.

Have fun!
