Here are the costs for shipping to New Zealand addresses:
Orders for 1 DIY Kit - $6 (Auckland), $8.50 (Rest of North Island), $13 (South Island)
Orders for 2 DIY Kits - $8 (Auckland), $16 (Rest of North Island), $18 (South Island)
Orders for 3 or more DIY Kits - $20 (Auckland), $25 (Rest of North Island), $40 (South Island)
Delivery times are as follows:
For standard DIY Kits, approximately 1-4 business days
For 'New DIY Kits' which are being sold at the discounted launch price, delivery will be as per the delivery deadline outlined in the product information for that particular DIY kit (usually the delivery date is 1 month from the date that the kit is launched)
When you place your order, please provide us with a valid address within New Zealand (no PO Boxes). We use a service that does not require signatures on delivery. Please bear this in mind when you chose your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
At this stage Clever Poppy only offers delivery within New Zealand, but we are working on adding this service to our store, so watch this space!
In the meantime, if you wish to receive items outside of New Zealand please let us know and we will do our best to help - firstname.lastname@example.org.
It means everything to us that you are thrilled with your purchase, so please get in touch immediately if there are any problems with your order.
If your order is faulty on arrival, please let us know within 7 days so that we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately (and no longer than within 7 days of arrival) so that we can get in touch with the courier company to sort out any claims.
Please choose your items carefully - returns or exchanges are not available because you have changed your mind.
We also are not able to refund or exchange a product if you have not followed the DIY instructions correctly - in this case you'll need to provide a full description and photos of your concern, and whether or not we accept your return will be at our discretion.
To complete any returns, you will need to show a receipt or proof of purchase. We may need you to ship the item(s) back to us, in which case we will let you know the postal address.
Our returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If we have approved a refund of your purchase, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of us approving your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
